Understanding Yourself and Your Relationships

Paige Oszmanski, LCSW Psychotherapy

We can all be faced with difficult times in our lives when we are confused or become stuck. A positive relationship with a therapist involves trust and a feeling of being understood. I help my clients to better understand themselves, their relationships, and their life situations. It is through this understanding and caring where growth and change can occur. I also help clients to resolve conflicts and overcome challenges. The goal of our work together is for clients to make good choices and move towards more fulfilling and happier lives.

A Little About Me

I help my clients access thoughts and feelings underneath the surface to be able to develop new and more satisfying ways of living and being in relationships. I have been proving psychotherapy for over 30 years.

I graduated with my MSW from NYU in 1991. Since then, I have completed two post-graduate training programs in psychodynamic psychotherapy and psychoanalytic psychotherapy with children, adolescents and adults. I am currently on the faculty of Center for Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy of New Jersey, where I trained.
